Richard W. Horn – Chairman and CEO

Richard is a seed-capital investor, Chairman and CEO as The Stratford Companies. He sits on the Board of Managers and chairs the Investment Committee, which has a major role in site selection, procurement, and overall investment strategies. He also assists with the Company’s strategic direction, capital formation and project funding procurement.

Bruce Russell – Founding Partner and Project Consultant

Bruce is one of the founding principles of The Stratford Companies. He brings extensive experience and knowledge to the Company in the concept design and project development of CCRCs. With his leadership, the Company has developed projects that are completed on time and within budget

Wendy S. Horn - Chief Marketing and Business Development Partner

As Chief Marketing and Business Development Partner, Wendy leads the strategic marketing, business development and sales efforts for The Stratford Companies. She chairs the Marketing and Sales Committee and sits on the Board of Managers and the Executive Committee. Her role includes developing and managing new business opportunities, new product launches, client relationship management, and corporate branding and communications.

Doris M. Lea - Vice President of Operations

As the Vice President of Operations, Doris is responsible for developing the operational standards for all existing and future communities along with the implementation and management of the Company's systems and processes. She also works closely with each community's Executive Director to manage daily operations and to ensure we meet the expectations of our residents and employees.

Stevan M. Armstrong - Chief Construction Officer

As the Company’s Chief Construction Officer, Steve provides the leadership and project management of projects which range in cost of $65 million to $110 million plus, and construction. He also sits on the Investment Committee and manages “start up” project budgets for all new construction.
