The Stratford Companies, LLC is a developer and operator of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) across the U.S. with corporate offices in Denver, Indianapolis, St. Louis and Nashville. In 2005 the Company, formerly known as St. Andrew’s Consulting Services, was given a new name and was restructured by assembling a team of seasoned professionals experienced in all aspects of seniors housing as well as commercial real estate development and investment.

In 2006, The Stratford Companies opened a brand new CCRC in suburban Denver. Other projects in the works are an independent living rehabilitation project in St. Louis and a new CCRC under development in suburban Indianapolis with several more projects across the Midwest in the planning stages.
